Very poor service from beginning to end! Upon entering the service I get a cold welcome. I called for an appt. four days in advance .This was a waste of time as cars were serviced in a first Upon entering the service I get a cold welcome. I called for an appt. four days in advance .This was a waste of time as cars were serviced in a first come basis! There were no seats available in the waiting area so there fore I walked to the front sales area of the building.NO one offered any help or even a friendly greeting as all were in their cubbies .I am in the market for a new truck yet no one offered assistance. I am 64 years old and have never seen any poorer service than what I experienced today! After one hour and forty two minutes of waiting service was completed on my vehicle. I would Not recommend this dealership to anyone seeking aNissan! More
