Had an appointment to look at a used vehicle they had in inventory. I received multiple calls from different employees confirming the appointment. I drove over an hour to get to the dealership only to find inventory. I received multiple calls from different employees confirming the appointment. Don't expect good service after you leave with your vehicle. Once you walk out the door they will never return your calls. If you are lucky you will get a hold of Gene Lopez the manager who will finall vehicle. Once you walk out the door they will never return your calls. After leaving several messages over several days for them to email my documents he got it done immediately. Now I await my license plates. Called today and I was assured someone would call me back shortly.....no call back. My temporary plates expire in 2 days. I wonder if they will pay any tickets I may receive for an expired registration? They certainly charge a lot for this service and should get it done in a timely manner. It shouldn't be this difficult to get answers. More

I felt like in shady used car dealership. First they tried to upsell lots of extras for couple grands. After refusing to pay anything extra they slipped in Extended Warranty to sign. After looking at final numbers and catching it I told them to cancel it since I specifically declined any extra services. They told me it will take 2 weeks for refund to process, but it took 3 months after elevating it through Infiniti Consumer Relations. 6 months later they still owe taxes on that 5K extended warranty and nobody follow up. Even Infiniti Consumer Relations department told me that nothing they can do.... Stay away from this crooks. They only nice when you pay the price and after you leave nobody cares. More
