I was searching online. First complaint is their deceptive pricing. $10,194 SAVINGS = $27,561 FINAL PRICE only if you qualify for 10 different rewards or incentives. OK. So, I asked what price they would sell it to me and the salesman, Austin Miller, kept telling me how busy they were and he would get back to me. Communication started on 2/4/2026 and still nothing from him on 2/26/2026. So I called to today to see what the lowest price I could get on the car and I get Brian on the phone and he checked all the boxes for a bad car salesman. More
I purchased a car from Edmond Hyundai in July of 2023. I was sold $5000 worth of "specials" that included free fob replacement, tire replacement, paint damage insurance, etc. All those were for from 5 to I was sold $5000 worth of "specials" that included free fob replacement, tire replacement, paint damage insurance, etc. All those were for from 5 to 6 year terms. I sold the car in July of 2024 and started requesting a refund for the term left on the specials. I have been given the run around since the initial request. Buyer beware, they do not stand behind refunds, even when cancelations require refunds for the rest of the term. More

My wife and I acted in good faith and started making real arrangements based on that agreed number and the process Steven laid out. After that, the story changed. George, the Sales Manager, got involved and the call started off aggressive and disrespectful. Instead of calmly reviewing the deal, he challenged my intelligence and implied I was confused. He then claimed the negotiated price was actually 48,500. That is not what was negotiated with Steven, and the way it was handled felt like a classic switch in numbers once it was time to finalize. Antonio also switched his personality completely once the pricing issue came up. Steven was the only person who was professional and a pleasure to work with, and then I never heard from him again after everything blew up. I escalated this to the General Manager by email and requested a call back. The General Manager never called me and never responded to my email. Bottom line, I do not trust this dealership. I believe they misrepresented the purchase price and then tried to push a different number with hostility instead of transparency. Save yourself the stress and take your business elsewhere. More

Unacceptable Sales Tactics & Lack of Transparency I am a returning customer and extremely disappointed with my experience at Edmond Hyundai, specifically with Denise Daughtry, Sales Assistant. I reques a returning customer and extremely disappointed with my experience at Edmond Hyundai, specifically with Denise Daughtry, Sales Assistant. I requested the lowest out-the-door price on a 2026 Hyundai Santa Fe (VIN provided) and comparable VINs. Denise repeatedly refused to provide pricing unless I came in person, stating: “in order to get you pricing, you have to let me do my job… getting you here to drive it” and “my managers prioritize those who are willing to come on in.” I clearly offered to come in if the price was competitive, but was still refused and redirected to the website, with Denise saying, “I do not handle pricing myself.” This is a pressure-based tactic, not customer service. For reference, Bob Howard Hyundai provided the same out-the-door pricing quickly and without hesitation, proving Edmond Hyundai’s refusal was a choice, not a limitation. As a returning customer, I felt disrespected and will be taking my business elsewhere. I strongly caution anyone who values honest, upfront pricing to consider other dealerships. More
Do not trust this dealership, they do not inform you that the TT&L does not include the license and registration. Had to pay $300 to register our car and they will not do anything about it. Our car was also missing rails and floor mats and it took 3 weeks for them to finally get them to us, the price is good but customer service is non existent and they do not accept responsibility for their part, $500 document fee and the documents did not include everything in the loan like every other dealership includes.
