I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Classic Chevrolet. I was looking to purchase a new Equinox and was having troubles finding exactly the vehicle I wanted. I looked at several dealers around where I live and no one wanted to take the time to help me find what I wanted. I was recommended to Classic by a friend. Ken Johnson was the salesman that helped me and was wonderful from the beginning. I told him everything that I wanted and he was willing to look for it. He would call me everyday to let me know how his progress was going. Eventually he found my car. He was more than happy to drive the 6 hours to where my car was and back to pick it up for me. He even went so far as to get me a sticker from the state where my car was purchased so I would remember where it came from. The day I wanted to pick up my car was Ken's day off, but he was willing to come in so I could get it on the day I wanted. He had everything ready to make the purchase as smooth as possible. He also helped me figure out what all the little gadgets in my new car were. I would highly recommend this dealship and definately Ken Johnson. He made a stressful experience so easy and fun. From the beginning Richard was very attentive to our needs and was very accomodating. I went in knowing what I wanted, but he helped me find exactly my car. The purchase of the vehicle was awesome. Everyone was very friendly and great with helping me out of a desperate situation. After i bought the car though, i realized i didnt have any info. They couldnt tell me how much my payment was, when it was due or even who had done my loan. 3 months after the purchase they decide i owed them $500 and demanded payment. They were very easy to work with when figuring out how we were going to get them their money but afterword screwed everything up. Cashing checks when ever they wanted and causing my bank account to go negative several times. (And dont even get me started on the idiots they did my loan through.) Overall the sales staff and management are great but the people in finance should all be fired. More
