While Mr Nick Thompson (salesman) was very apologetic, his sales manager was mean, abusive, and extremely rude. The sales manager yelled at me, and told me to “Never come back”. They did not treat me courteously or with respect. I was also treated poorly by them two years ago, also when shopping for a new vehicle. I am not an immature person, nor an inexperienced buyer. I did nothing to these people to warrant such abuse. I was giving them another chance, even though I had been treated badly two years ago. They told me they would have to bring it in from the outside the area. They honored the price we had agreed on over the internet and I placed my order. Well come 10 days later the financial lady called us and said we could come up and sign the papers . I ask her if the payment had went up and she said yes but refused to tell me what it was by saying she could not give me this information over the phone. Well I found out she lied to us about that and I called back to talk to her about the problem. She got so mad at me she hung up on me. I called back and talk to a supervisor and he was able to tell me the new price. So we went up and returned the vehicle because we could not afford the new payment.
