Throttle Body I couldn't get an answer or diagnosis about the check engine light coming on. I was told the throttle body needed to be clean. This is the third time. I couldn't get an answer or diagnosis about the check engine light coming on. I was told the throttle body needed to be clean. This is the third time. I want the issue completely fixed. It was clean in November then July 2019 and September 2019 that's way too many times or too frequently. Hopefully, its fixed but I'm very skeptical because no one knows why it keeps getting dirty, stuck or clogged. More

Not good at all So I brought my vehicle in for service and had to leave it for a month recall backorder which was fine. When I came to pickup the car I was presented with my car completely dirty the oil light was still on and had to call to ask if the service was actually done. I talked with Scott who informed me there was no car wash at the dealership which is unbelievable. When this is the oldest chevy dealer in al I would expect a carwash somewere. Scott was very un helpful just saying have a nice day and we forgot to reset the computer. This is the most unprofessional dealership iv been to an will no longer use them for service because of the condition my car came back to me in I dont understand how this business has made it so long More
