They do ok work but dont take your vehicle in there if you have car shield. Car shield wont cover the work because 'el dorado doesnt use a nationally recognized rate log for labor costs' so the labor com you have car shield. My initial service guy was tied up with a few other people so I asked another service person for help since I had an appointment for just an oil chance and emissions test. The service guy I dealt with people so I asked another service person for help since I had an appointment for just an oil chance and emissions test.
