Jose worked an absolute miracle for us. Diagnosed the multiple issues with the engine, got us in and out within a matter of hours. Put two techs on the repairs. What would normally have taken days to schedule and fix he did in around 4 hrs and we were back on the road. And we got a great price on the work. Xmas came early and his name was Jose!! The service department charged me, two diagnostic fees for 1 issue. I asked for an explanation and they said it was two issues. I paid close to 400 bucks and my truck still runs like crap. They downloaded software and said I needed 4000 dollars of motor mount repair. The complaint was stumbling at idle and consuming fuel. The fuel consumption is the same after the software download ? It’s hard to believe motor mounts would fix the stumbling issue because, the stumbling isn’t constant. If a broken motor mounts were the issue, wouldn’t it stumble all the time. More
