Tomas was patient and provided all requested information. The dealership was comfortable. The service department addressed some small concerns I had in a timely manner. I am VERY happy with my purchase and would return to this dealership for service or another purchase.

Merritt was absolutely amazing. She is professional, friendly and easy to work with. After days of researching my husband and I finally decided on what we wanted. We wanted a black RAV4 limited with terracotta interior with the least bells and whistles. She found us the perfect RAV4 at another dealership. She arranged a dealer trade and it worked out great. She even warned us about a scam Grossinger toyota was doing. They said they were offering 0% APR for 72 months but Merritt showed us reviews of other costumers that said that they hike up the price to offer the 0%. Merritt saved us time and energy. She's the best.

I purchased a new Sienna for my wife from Justyna who is the best car sale consultant I have ever met. The whole process is so smooth without the usual car sale pressure, and she got the most competitive price we wanted. After the purchase, she patiently showed us most of the features of this new car one by one including hooking up blue tooth to my wife's cell phone. We really appreciated her effort and make my FIRST new car purchase experience a wonderful story to tell the family and friends.

I bring my car into Elmhurst Toyota for everything from oil changes to shock replacements. Every time I bring my car in for service I receive outstanding costumer service. The most recent visit was beyond excellent. Joe Malik was extremely friendly and professional. I wouldn't dream of getting service anywhere else.

I went in not knowing exactly what I wanted but knew I wanted a hybrid more specifically a prius and was considering a prius c. I was sure I wasn't going to buy a car today, boy was I wrong. Larry Skelly, my salesman was very professional, friendly and helpful; he was very patient with me answered all my questions, went through all the different prius models, let me test drive the prius c and prius I was considering. When we came back from the test drive we saw a Camry hybrid, Larry right away offered for me to test drive it and started from square 1 now with the Camry. He showed me all the the different models and colors. I bought the the first Camry I saw and test drove. I had my mother with me who of course had many questions also, Larry gladly answered them all and showed her a couple cars she test drove one and is going back tomorrow to pick it up. I would highly recommend Larry Skelly at Elmhurst Toyota, his suggestions were very helpful and he spent more than 3 hours explaining and showing me cars even though I told him I wasn't going to buy 1 today; I didn't feel like he was trying to sell me the car he wanted but instead was interested in what I needed and wanted. He was able to get the exact car I wanted at a price I can afford.

Being greeted by the woman at the desk was terrific. Having a woman salesperson who was knowledgeable was great. I appreciated her keeping me informed since I had to wait for the wheels. She was also good at explaining the inside stuff in the car when I picked it up. Price they offered was consistent with Consumer Reports and giving me a special deal on the alloy wheels sealed it for me. I appreciated the manager on the prices. But your greatest asset is the woman greeter at the door. Compared to other dealerships this made a big difference since we were going to buy a Toyota - it just depended on which dealer and that one aspect make the difference. So don't lose that part of the dealership.

I recently got into an accident and my car was totalled so I stopped by just to see what was available . Larry Skelly assisted me at Elmhurst Toyota , I explained my situtation and he was very sympathetic. We went over some different used car options and he was more that happy to let me drive a couple of cars to see which one I felt was a goodf fit for me . Although it was not my intention to purchase that day becuase I didn't have the money, as I was waiting for the insurance to issue me a check for my totalled vehicle, he was very patient with me and made me feel comfortable with the vehicle I was interested in, a 2000 lexus ES300. I was able to put a small deposit on the vehicle while I waited for my check from the insurance company. This was unexpected and a welcomed surprise and a testament to the customer service at Elhmurst Toyota. Larry was great to deal with and at no time durring the process did I feel pressured to purchase , I had a great experience and would recommend Larry to my friends and family.
