Scheduling appointment for my service was quick and easy. Advisor Greg Beaumont worked with me to get a agreeable price for 4 tires and a alignment. Price was good as car was ready as promised. I’ll first start by saying this review is in regards to the Service Department but I WOULD NOT BUY A CAR from here. We purchased a brand new 2025 Chevy Traverse and took ownership of it on 11/27/24. In les the Service Department but I WOULD NOT BUY A CAR from here. We purchased a brand new 2025 Chevy Traverse and took ownership of it on 11/27/24. In less than a year there is already a major transmission issue. It was brought in to the dealership on 10/21/25. We STILL don’t have the car back. Chris, the serviceman, basically had no communication throughout this process. On several occasions we called and did not receive a call back. I spoke to 2 other individuals in service: Greg and Ed. Greg was more helpful than Chris for sure. However, we’ve been told each week there’s a different issue and NO definitive timeline has been made for when the car will be repaired. Finally, today I spoke to Ed who promised and ensured me that the car would be fixed and returned by next week. To say that I don’t trust what was told to me is an understatement. This process has been atrocious and the communication throughout even worse. Once again, I strongly recommend you look elsewhere for a vehicle and save yourself the headache. One last thing, the loaner they gave us is an Equinox and we have 3 young children, 1 in a car seat and 1 in a booster seat, so there is barely enough room to accommodate our family. More
