David from the dealership was extremely helpful throughout my search for a new car. He took the time to understand my requirements and even sent me videos of the car before my appointment to make s throughout my search for a new car. When I noticed scratches on the used car, the team was very patient and took the car to be detailed twice, which I really appreciated. The only downside was the experience with the final individual who handled the paperwork. He seemed rushed and was somewhat abrupt when answering questions, especially regarding the warranty that came with the car versus the 60-day warranty. Although I understand it was a Friday and still before closing time, his attitude made that part of the process less pleasant. Despite this, the rest of the team at Empire Auto was friendly and accommodating. More
