This is the pathetic Toyota Service Center to ever visit. Gave two chance before posting this review. I took my new Toyota for service. First time booked appointment over the phone for basic tire rotation an Gave two chance before posting this review. I took my new Toyota for service. First time booked appointment over the phone for basic tire rotation and trunk issues. Agent missed to mention that in the notes. Service agent Kayla was extremely rude and unapologetic about the error and straight forward refused to accommodate the request to check the trunk issues. When request for the manager she kept on delaying it for almost an hour. When asked the concierge agent manager was available. So this clearly indicates her ill intention to not have manager talk to me. They brushed off the issue as greasing issue. I again gave them a second chance considering this could one of issue. Again was assigned the same agent Kayla. Since this was a service appointment and also trunk issue I requested for a loaner which she straight forward said No we do not have any loaners. However she was able to assign a loaner to the customer after me. I was asked to wait for the one time drop off service for which I was waiting for more than 45 minutes and later decided to go by myself. I would certainly not recommend More
Great experience with Empire. Though some of the parts took some time to procure (no fault of the dealer) they made accommodations for a loaner car and had me on my way. Service was done in the time noted at a competitive price. The atmosphere was relaxing and had drinks available with free WiFi. Everything was fine although they didn’t tell me beforehand that usually at 20,000 miles is when you do your air conditioner, but I did not. My air conditioner is working fine however when it came time to pay because all I had with me was my credit card and I did not know there was a 3% surcharge which I told them they should let people know when they make their appointment and every time they send a notification that you service is coming up. It is unfair and outrageous that they’re charging 3% because they’re a dealership and they make way more money than these little mom and pop shops that don’t charge 3%. I thought it was just pretty greedy. The work that they did was fine. More
