Update - 3/23/26 - I was able to make an appointment for 3/24/26 at 6:15pm to test drive the 2025 Rav 4 that's supposedly still in stock, but was sold months ago. Was also told that if all goes well, I'd be able to take it home tomorrow night. I can't wait to see how this goes. This dealership is now selling magic cars. Update - 3/22/26 - That Rav 4 is still on your site & your dealership again confirmed it was available for sale. A full day after being told it was taken down off of the site. Update - 3/21/26 - I just clicked "Confirmed Availability" on their site for a car that was sold months ago & got a confirmation from Lauren Brode, letting me know "We have that RAV4 available for sale with an MSRP of $41,663." Glad to see that car was never taken down like we were told & you're still trying to get people into your dealership by bait & switch. Classic bait & switch. We stopped in earlier today to look at a 2025 Rav 4, we were told was in stock. Upon walking in, we were greeted by Omar, one of their sales people. We sat down & he couldn't find the car in the system. The sales manager came out to explain that there must have been some mix up, that car was sold months ago. Ok, why is it still on your site? It's still on your site as of this review posting (3/21/26). We even showed him it was available on the site. They tried to up us on other cars, but this was the one we went in expecting (After being told numerous times it was still available). We told Omar about another Rav 4 we'd like to look at & after looking through the system, he told us that it "just came in" and was being given a look over at their service dept & that he could take us there. In that time, someone came over to him about another order that Omar seemed to do something wrong with the insurance & as soon as that happened, Omar forgot about us. At no point did he bother to let us know that something came up or he'd be right back with us. We were basically just left there. About 30 mins later waiting for Omar to take us to the other car, we decided to leave. Thanks for wasting our time & money. Do yourself a favor & avoid this place. More
I need to take the time to emphasize what an amazing experience I endured with your locations staff. I must say every single time I called the business I was met with professional and courteous staff. I was always transferred in a timely manner and I would honestly state that 9 out of 10 calls I was able to speak directly to my advisor Keith Mckenna . The time line from the initial drop off, the assessment, warranty involvement and repair was much longer than anticipated, but completely out of the dealerships hands. The warranty company involvement delayed progression and the back order of my needed parts were another contributing factor. I say this to say the handling and communication of the entire experience was top tier. Keith was with me every step of the way with facts, answers for all my questions and he gave me complete confidence during the entire process. I never felt left out or wondering. I have never owned a newer vehicle, I have never purchased an outside warranty or had major repairs done before on a vehicle. The entire process was constant, consistent smooth communication and updates from day one to the last day at the dealership. I never doubted Keith, the team of mechanics or the customer service girls with delivering a message to Keith. This entire ordeal happened during Xmas week and during snow storms. Keith provided a rental vehicle and support the entire way, he even assisted me with the transport company I hired to pick up my truck and ship it back to my house in Virginia. I have worked in retail and customer service my entire life and could not have done a better job then your entire staff. You guys rock. My truck drives perfect and all issues were resolved. Thank you all sincerely for going above and beyond. More

I was attended to immediately, and the service advisor was professional, respectful, courteous, and accommodating. She even let me know that I could stop by anytime for service. Yesterday, I called to schedule my 10,000-mile service. The front desk staff was just as professional, respectful, and polite, offering flexible scheduling and assuring me they would accommodate my needs. Today, I called to reschedule my appointment from 2:00 PM to 11:00 AM, and once again, I received the same exceptional level of service from Jasmine. She had no problem adjusting to my change in schedule. When I arrived, the service advisor Mayreli Ventura was outstanding and took the time to explain everything in detail. The car was ready within an hour. In all my years of visiting dealerships, this one is by far the best I have ever experienced. Keep up the good work Guys. Thank you very much Mohamed Khan More

I had an extremely frustrating and misleading experience with this dealership. Before visiting, I asked very specific questions via email about a particular vehicle. Instead of answering them, my questions were repeatedly avoided, yet they had the gall to ask for a deposit on a car I hadn’t even seen. I was also told that the “best price would be given when I came in.” When I finally took the time to visit in person, it was a complete waste. There was no negotiation whatsoever, and to make matters worse, the price was higher than what was advertised online. What they don’t make clear upfront is that the “internet price” listed on their website and on third-party sites like Cars.com includes fine-print discounts that most buyers won’t qualify for. The advertised price includes: a $1,000 dealer loyalty discount only if you purchased a vehicle from this dealer within the past 12 months, and a $500 discount only if you finance through the dealer. If you don’t meet both of those conditions, expect at least $1,500 to be added back onto the price when you walk in. This was not transparently explained beforehand and feels intentionally misleading. I left feeling that my time was disrespected and that the pricing tactics were dishonest. After reading other reviews, it’s clear this is a pattern and not an isolated incident. If you value transparency and straightforward pricing, I’d strongly recommend looking elsewhere. More
