Flat Tire I came in with a flat tire. They found a nail. The tire was plugged so I could drive the car. Since it was a new tire, it was still under warranty, so I came in with a flat tire. Another great experience I have never had a bad experience. If you do not think that these great experiences play into my decision to remain a Toyota customer, then think agai I have never had a bad experience. If you do not think that these great experiences play into my decision to remain a Toyota customer, then think again. It's unfortunate that I'm now down to 1 vehicle. I was leasing two, but the sales people wanted so much more money for my next lease that they basically forced me to leave. I hope that doesn't happen again. If I do leave, it won't be because of the service department !! More
