I brought my vehicle in for service and when they did not have the correct part to fix a warranty item and could not complete the work in one day, I asked how I was going to get to work and around town, they have the correct part to fix a warranty item and could not complete the work in one day, I asked how I was going to get to work and around town, they said i could come and pick the car up and then drop it back off when the part came in. No mention of giving me a loaner or renting me a car. So I asked them if they could loan me a car, to which they replied NO. Simply put!<br><br>Now that is FORD Customer Service or what? More
