Att Very disappointed with service department. Took my car in for diagnosis. Kept my car for four days. Could not find issue. Had to make another appointment. Brought my car back in. To address “sputtering” kept car for five days to see transmission specialist. Initially, Found nothing wrong With transmission and suggested “fixing broken motor mount“ assured 75% resolution of issue. Approved to have this work done and after work was finished then was notified that “yes there is some transmission issue? Now they’re recommending a new transmission for almost $5000. After completing the work, that did not resolve initial issue. Was assured that rental car would be taken care of? Now they say if they’re taking the labor cost down to address rental car payment? I don’t know what exactly is going on, but I do not trust the information given will not using Encinitas Ford again.
