Diagnosis, insurance information, ordering appropriate parts took DAYS. Service desk person would not return calls, seldom answered the phone, perhaps twice. Avoided answering questions, always said she was busy and couldn't be at desk all the time to answer a phone. She had Three other projects and was doing her best. Overwhelmed. Did not give the impression she had time for me, and was not pleasant. I had a loner so was not inconvenienced other than going back and forth to dealership and driving vehicles I was unfamiliar with - F 150 truck and a Ranger (they swapped them out after a few days. I will never forget this experience and will not use the maintenance department in the future. On the other hand the express lane service was excellent and well organized by Amy. More
