All of the sales people have gone over the top to help us get our car since we couldn't put anything down. There wasn't one person who wasn't courteous to us especially Shanda Glover, and the office manager, Amanda.. Unfortunately, we did have to have our manual sent to us which wasn't a great catastrophe and the locksmith had to make a trip to make a new set of keys for our car, but even that was no inconvenience. Also, we did have a slight problem with the cap to the radiator missing when they did their 91 point check and very graciously had us come back down and installed a brand new battery for us. The day that I went down to get the battery installed, they had also found a cheaper interest rate for us which made our payments even lower. I certainly would recommend Enterprise to anyone who is looking for a newer car with a low amount of mileage. They are all inspected thoroughly, or as humanely possible, the people are great to work with, and overall, it was a great experience. More
