Eskridge Lexus

I have been waiting on a wheel for one month mean while I have been riding on a small spare tire @ first I was told it would take one week to order wheel the next week I was told the same one more week final have been riding on a small spare tire @ first I was told it would take one week to order wheel the next week I was told the same one more week finally the third week I asked to talk to Mr. Eskridge he told me it could take two months I work two jobs both 8hrs each I go straight from one job to the next on the werkends I pick my son up from College and take him back which is Norman OK I live in OKC I have stressed that I need my car. I feel it is ridiculous to wait this long for a wheel. I also had another problem with this dealership service drive I had took my car in for service and asked each time how my brakes were each time I was told my brakes were good not long after the third visit my brakes were makin a loud noise I immediately took it back to the dealership my front brakes were bad and my rotors had to be replaced I went in to talk to the service drive manager I told him I had been asking about my brakes each time I brought my car to the service drive for maintenence he apologized told me the guy that worked on my car was fired when I asked why should I have to pay the extreme cost for my brakes that could have been prevented if my brakes had been checked those three different times I brought my car in I was told with the kind of car I drive the damage still woul have happened I don't believe that I feel if my brakes were checked when I asked some of that damage(cost) could have been prevented!
