Oil change and follow up on last service issue Oil change for diesel F250 went fine. Service staff attentive. Issue from last service remains (backup camera wire repair): SYNC software was chan Oil change for diesel F250 went fine. Service staff attentive. Issue from last service remains (backup camera wire repair): SYNC software was changed to V3.10. This update wiped out all saved map addresses and other user data. Media play via USB now is problematic where songs don’t advance and stop during play. I asked to have the software downgraded to the prior version but not possible. Backup camera still intermittent (gives see dealer warning). Vehicle has been in 4 times for camera issue. Will have to take another day from work to have it re-diagnosed. More

Great service Had an appointment at 2:30 on a Saturday. We were early, like an hour, they were able to take us right away and didn’t even wait an hour! They told me that my tires were st 50% and that my battery was a little low on cranking amps. Didn’t try to sell me anything. Just letting me know. The service is amazing! More
