Overall I'm not sure how I feel I went in because a friend recommended them to me initially everything was great. I got the car I wanted the deal I wanted then a week later they call I went in because a friend recommended them to me initially everything was great. I got the car I wanted the deal I wanted then a week later they call me to tell I have to come back and resign papers as the loan company didn't accept my loan when I was told the night I was there everything was good. My deal changed from 17,000 at 0% interest to 26,000 @ 6.93 % interest big difference. Then I forgot I left my sunpass in my old car only to be told be the saleslady oh well your car is gone. I asked for the manager to call me and didn't get a call back. They called me to make courtesy appt to see how the car wad doing and that's when I told the girl what happened. The manager then called me back and listened to my story. He did apologize for the sakeslady and couldn't believe what I had been through. He offered my a free checkup and asked if there was anything else he could do. Would I go back I don't know. I guess I will have to see how they do with future services. More

I have had my cars serviced at Advantage and with their awards program I have had free service many times by the % return fund. Bickering for a lower price? Sure - everyone does and I am no exception' however in the end it has always been a fair deal. I even recommended to management that it would be nice if the early morning customers were offered fruit or a donut. You know what--buy Advantage and join us for coffee and donuts in the morning while waiting for your car or truck. I feel right at home in the showroom and waiting area. I am pleased to recommend Advantage. This is the first time writing a review and I am happy to do so. More

I finally reached an "attendant" who transferred me to desk where I reached voice mail again. I am wondering if the ladies at desk have any concept on how to schedule appointments or do they make unrealistic promises just to make the customer happy. More
