We are always here to answer your questions and address your concerns. After speaking with our General Manager, here’s some clarification: When we provide an initial interest rate quote, it is often higher because—at that point—we don’t yet know your credit score, down payment amount, or other key details that impact financing. Until we run your credit and have the full picture, we use an average rate so customers aren’t surprised by a higher rate later. Quoting too low upfront could lead to accusations which we work hard to avoid. Once we reviewed your credit and deal structure, we were able to secure you a better rate than your bank’s—something we see as a win. Regarding the second key: For used vehicles, we always try to provide one if available. If the previous owner doesn’t supply it, we reach out to try and obtain it before creating a new one. In this case, the vehicle was sold quickly, and Alex had intended to secure the original key from the prior customer, but we didn’t get that opportunity. A new key was arranged, and our vendor delivered it to you. While we can’t guarantee two keys for every used car, we do our best to make it happen. As for your warranty—it’s valid at any reputable mechanic or dealership in the U.S. If another dealer says they can’t confirm coverage until after a diagnosis, that’s standard procedure. Once the issue is determined to be covered, the warranty will take care of it. When Susie spoke with our manager, she was told the deductible would apply here as well, since the vehicle was purchased three months ago. We didn’t refuse help—we offered to have the vehicle brought here for diagnosis. The request was declined and was asked to cover the deductible at another dealership. While we understand we are distance from you, we are here to handle all the repairs under warranty. We appreciate your feedback and hope this clears up any misunderstandings.

***Update to Original Post:••• First of all, the response provided is full of vague language meant to sound cooperative, but it’s simply not true. Regarding the quote: you claim you didn’t want to quote too high without full information, but at the time you gave me the quote, you already had everything—my credit score, salary, and other relevant details. So that explanation doesn’t hold up. Second, about the key—this isn’t just about whether I got a second key. It’s about transparency. I asked about the key before finalizing the deal, and Alex didn’t have an answer. When I followed up, he got visibly annoyed and said he couldn’t or wouldn’t get me another key based on what the managers told him. It wasn’t until I said I’d return the car that he agreed to handle it. That’s not proactive service; that’s reactive damage control. Third, regarding the repair: this isn’t about cost or fairness. It’s about honoring what was promised. Alex told me from the beginning that the issue would be taken care of because it was present when I picked up the car. That promise wasn’t followed through, and again, it reflects a lack of transparency. Overall, your response feels like an attempt to mislead readers into thinking you’ve done everything possible, when in reality, you’ve done the bare minimum—and only after being pressured. Your approach to customer service lacks honesty and accountability.

We have set off 5 ant foggers and it wasn’t working, what makes you think by power spraying it going to do? From what I hear there is an ant problem on your lot! And for the GM to tell me that the ants didn’t come from your dealership that they came from my driveway when I have 3 other vehicles in the driveway and never had this problem with those vehicles. I have an our pest control company coming out to try and solve this issue!! This is totally unacceptable!!! Purchasing a brand new truck and have to deal with ANTS crawling all over it!!!
