Had service on my vehicle. Was told. It maybe one hour and 45 minutes, I kept checking the app but all it ever read was RECEIVED… no progress! kept calling my reps phone number Was told. It maybe one hour and 45 minutes, I kept checking the app but all it ever read was RECEIVED… no progress! kept calling my reps phone number numerous times with no answer. After waiting one hour and 45 minutes, walked to the service desk area and asked the manager if my car was done. He called my rep and he showed up. My rep didn’t even know who I was. Finally he looked through some papers and said my car was completed, Then the person in the drive up area walked me way out in the lot. Looked like my car had been there for quite some time!! Not very happy to wait and no one informed my car was done!!!! More
