Horrible service department. The communication from the service department concerning my vehicle was literally nonexistent unless I called them. I was told by the service depart The communication from the service department concerning my vehicle was literally nonexistent unless I called them. I was told by the service department that the noise I brought the car in for was coming from the struts with additional noise coming from other things. I had the struts replaced and honestly the noise is now worse than what it was before replacing the struts. So I paid for new struts because I was told that’s where the noise was coming from and obviously that wasn’t the issue so now I’m out over 800$ and my vehicle sounds like the underneath is going to fall onto the ground. The amount of times I was inconvenienced due to my vehicle being at the dealership and being left with nothing to drive because I was told over and over they were waiting for a loaner car to come in was absolutely ridiculous. I made arrangements to pick my vehicle up late one Sunday evening after getting back from Michigan and when I made the arrangements with Nick I told him to leave the key in my car but DO NOT lock the doors as I only have that one key for the vehicle, we stop that Sunday evening very late to get my vehicle and the doors were locked so once again I was inconvenienced and had to find a ride to work at 3:30 am the next morning. When I called Nick Monday about the doors being locked he acted like it was no big deal and simply said “I forgot to put the key in the vehicle” — after picking my car up that Monday I quickly noticed that the car didn’t drive or sound right. My husband and daughter also noticed the exact same thing. I called the service department and told Nick the concerns and he immediately said they did nothing to the vehicle. I explained to him that the car didn’t sound or drive the way it currently was when it was dropped off to them. That Wednesday I took the car in for them to address the issue, I explained to them that the vehicle acts like it’s not in the right gear and it overall just sounds loud. I was called shortly after dropping the vehicle off to be looked at and asked to come out and go for a ride with the technician because they couldn’t find an issue with the vehicle. My husband and I both go out to the dealership and get in my vehicle with the technician driving. Within the first 2 minutes of riding with the technician my husband said “correct me if I’m wrong but the car should have shifted gears by now” — The technician drove the vehicle way over the posted speed limit as he knew if he drove the speed limit he would hear exactly what we were talking about. After getting back to the dealership, Nick asked us when the last time was that we had the transmission serviced——now let me tell you that car has never had a transmission issue until it was left at this service department and we told Nick that the car has never had a transmission problem but he still told us “I would start with flushing out the transmission” —- start with? I don’t think so, all these guys were doing was trying to get more and more money from me. I am having the car looked at by another service department and when they agree that the car doesn’t shift was it should I will be contacting someone at Evans because the vehicle didn’t have this issue when it was dropped off to them, something happened to the vehicle while they had it and now they want to act like there’s nothing wrong. At this point I’m beyond xxxxxx off and Nick, Cody and Dylan all act like they did fix the issues when in fact NOTHING has been fixed and I’m out over 800$ Worst service department I’ve ever dealt with and I will definitely not recommend them on anyone nor will I ever consider buying a car from this dealership. More

Purchasing a vehicle is not enjoyable for me but working with Mark made it easier. I appreciated the vehicle knowledge, the "no pressure" approach, and willingness to take the time to help.
