During my visit , I engaged with a finance manager to discuss the purchase of a vehicle. My primary grievance stems from the explicit statement made by the finance manager, who informed me that no current deals or incentives were available for the vehicle I was interested in. This assertion was particularly bewildering and disconcerting, as Kia of Evans consistently and prominently advertises various promotional offers and incentives through numerous media channels on a daily basis. The stark contradiction between the information provided by your representative and your active public advertising campaigns is unacceptable. As a diligent and hardworking individual with an excellent credit history, I approached this potential purchase with a clear expectation of transparency and equitable access to all advertised opportunities. The denial of these incentives, despite my strong financial standing and their widespread promotion, has led me to seriously question the fairness and integrity of your sales process. More critically, this incident has raised serious concerns regarding potential discriminatory practices. Given my pristine credit record and the ongoing availability of advertised deals, I am deeply troubled by the possibility that my identity as a Black woman may have played an undue and inappropriate role in the denial of these advertised opportunities. This perception is profoundly unsettling and directly contravenes principles of equitable treatment and customer service. I respectfully request a comprehensive investigation into this matter and a detailed explanation for the discrepancy between your publicly advertised promotions and the information I received during my visit. I firmly believe that all customers, irrespective of their background, deserve to be treated with unwavering fairness, respect, and to be offered access to all publicly available incentives for which they unquestionably qualify. I look forward to your prompt and thorough attention to this serious concern and anticipate a resolution that upholds the highest standards of fair business practice and standards.
