Had an appointment for routine maintenance. Was seen on time, service completed promptly - not like last time which took 3 trips to dealership! Waited in lounge which was nice, but a bit cool. I actually had a 5:20 pm appointment and I was approximately 30 minutes early and I explained I was early and they worked me in early on a Friday evening so instead of me waiting they serviced my approximately 30 minutes early and I explained I was early and they worked me in early on a Friday evening so instead of me waiting they serviced my Vette and I was out of there on my way to other things. Did not communicate that my car was out of alignment. Only found out when I got in my car and there was a paper in there saying it failed rear alignment. Dealership is great but when someone buys a brand new GMC Sierra and pick up a screw on dealers property you would think they could patch the tire to make it tight without charging $40. They did fix my tire Sierra and pick up a screw on dealers property you would think they could patch the tire to make it tight without charging $40.
