Not professional. I waited 1 1/2 hours for a recall to not be fixed. Came to tell me after waiting that the pieces for the recall came in broken so they were unable to I waited 1 1/2 hours for a recall to not be fixed. I sat around for 1 1/2 hours with a 6 year old under the impression that my recall would be fixed. Don’t call me to fix a recall unless it’s going to be fixed. Make sure the pieces are not broken to begin with. Don’t waste people’s time. More

Everett Ford Service Department is so amazing! Derrick helped me navigate the situation of getting repairs done quickly and accurately.
