The service department Broke my car on the first visit turning on the immobilizer and deprogramming all three of the keys for my car. On the second visit they held me hostage for 6+ hours when I arrived a turning on the immobilizer and deprogramming all three of the keys for my car. On the second visit they held me hostage for 6+ hours when I arrived at the dealership I asked them to give me an update on how long they thought it would take . I got there First thing in the morning. They gave me an update at 1 PM. I left ultimately after 3 PM I was charged $175 to program key fob remotes more than the estimate it was on the initial service quote for some reason to program a key remote there was a charge for chemical and material disposal. There is no disposal of anything when programming my car remote. The dealer was just pumping up the bill and charging me more inappropriately. The service department was unable to fix all three of my remotes that were D programmed by the dealership. Thankfully after being in the dealership for eight hours and having them finally turn off the immobilizer that they turned on I was able to go home and program the remote to work in 15 minutes.While I’m in the market to buy a brand new car I will not be buying a volts wagon again due to my experience at this dealership More
