I was disappointed that a car wash was not available; however, this would not be a deal breaker. Also, I think that this is the first time that I paid extra for a tire rotation for quite some time on any however, this would not be a deal breaker. As was stated, a car wash capability would possibly be available at some future date. Overall, the service was a very satisfactory experience; friendly, polite staff, very clean facility, no harassment by staff while I looked over the new models, and walked around outside looking at inventory (happened to be a nice, sunny day).
