Warning lights on dash. Got it towed wasn’t seen same day or next. They kept my car without contacting me to say what the issue was. I was off that Wednesday went out there basically cuz I didn’t have an appointment my vehicle wasn’t a priority upon arrival. Had I been told that per the conversation my truck would not had went there. That is my only means of transportation. After speaking with rep who calls to see how service went she explained that dealerships was short staff. Still unacceptable for not one staff member not to have given a call nor say my vehicle would not be seen right away. More
