Trusted the Diagnostics I brought my VW Tiguan in because the engine and tire lights were on again. Having these issues ‘fixed’ many times before I was very skeptical of wha I brought my VW Tiguan in because the engine and tire lights were on again. Having these issues ‘fixed’ many times before I was very skeptical of what they would find. The service representative, James Fox, offered suggestions as to some of the issues. I was unsure if I needed an oil change and after looking at my sticker told me that I did not need one, saving me nearly $100. He could have easily told me they would do it. When the technician reported what he found James took me over to my car and he and the tech showed me everything using a flashlight and mirrors. I could clearly see the issues and the tech explained everything to me. In my past experiences I have had service men and male technicians treat me as if I don’t know anything. I actually know a lot about cars and have taken classes in auto repair so I DO know what is going on. Steven and the tech treated me with respect. One issue was critically dangerous and they found it even though 2 other places did not. I was given a loaner car which was especially nice. There was a very professional woman there who made sure I was pleased with the repair and helped me retrieve my car. I would be happy to recommend IA Volkswagen Service to anyone needing service. More
