You end up paying 3 times of the actual cars value. They prey on people with poor or no credit history. Also, my went in to the Riverview location to ask for help with service and was talked down to by one of the employees.

My Review of Express Auto Kalamazoo:
This car dealership goes above and beyond they even pick you up to get you into the office. I went to other dealerships on the same road and they couldn't get me a vehicle due to new residency. I moved from a different state and had banks turning me down because they thought I would get the car and run,dumb. I went into express auto told them what I needed and how much I could put down and they gave me the perfect ride for me a 98' chevy blazer. I was so thrilled to find a dealer that really looks out for it's customers. If you don't believe me listen to this, my first pick was a jeep cherokee, but they wouldn't give to me and told me straight up that they were not selling it to their customers because it had transmission problems and did not pass their original mechanical inspection. Most dealers would see a person looking and sell it to them regardless of the problems. Express Auto has your back and do whatever they are capable of to help you get the vehicle you need to succeed. Don't believe me go try them first and skip the other companies it will save you time in the end. The staff is friendly too so you don't even have to worry about running into someone rude. Go try them Express Auto on Stadium Drive, Kalamazoo

My Review of Express Auto Kalamazoo:
I just bought a 2002 Dodge Ram from the Benton Harbor Express Auto. My husband and I are very happy with the truck.We would recommend Express Auto to everyone. We really like the fact that payments come out of our account every week instead of once a month, that way the payments are smaller. Great service!

My Review of Express Auto Kalamazoo:
My name is Chadd Juarez and I got my 2002 Ford Taurus from Express Auto in Battle Creek on Dickman road a little over a year ago and they have been very helpful and understanding with any situation that I had going on to which effected my car itself of even the payment. One employee in-particular was exceedingly helpful and that was Jennafer. She is the one who helped me find what car fit into my budget and answered any questions that I had. Now that she is the one at the payments window you would think that it would be different but it's not she does anything she can to try to help me so that I can get my payments set to the right dates and if I need an extension the staff at Express Auto of Battle Creek have always been very understanding and helpful. I also love the free oil changes for life that you get with the car. The mechanics there are very knowledgeable and are willing to explain things whenever asked. I like how they take the time to talk to their customers to figure out exactly what their needs are. My wife and I were in there the other day for an oil change on the car and to make a car payment and I was asking the guy changing my oil all kinds of questions and he did not hesitate to tell me the answer and was completely honest with me. He even checked the pressure in my tires which I am glad he did because there was too much in there. He explained to me how to tell how much air was suppose to be in the tires. That is just one example of the AWESOME customer service that Express Auto of Battle Creek has given me. I would recommend them to anybody who is looking to buy a car that is reasonably priced has a great warranty and who wants to be treated with EXCELLENT customer service. Again, thank you Express Auto and Jennafer for helping me get my car and working with me on everything it really means a lot.
