I purchased a 23 Corvette on May 23, 2025. This car had 508 miles on it as sat in the showroom. The car was portrayed as never being titled, and that the owner of the dealership had driven it around for the miles that were accumulated until he decided to send it to the dealership to be sold. The salesman, Steve was asked numerous times regarding the factory warranty on the vehicle and he stated that the factory warranty (3/36 bumper to bumper) would be intact. Upon contacting GM in July 25 I was informed that the warranty had been running for two years as the vehicle had been placed into service on May 22, 2023. Additionally, the first scheduled maintenance visit warranty expired the day before purchase. Every time the salesman was asked about the vehicle warranty the response was, it’s never been titled and the warranty would be intact. The salesman even stated that the service manager assured him that the factory warranty would be intact. In my opinion, this vehicle was being portrayed as new (never titled) even though it was a 23 model year with 508 miles. A formal complaint regarding this dealership was filed with GM as well as a complaint with the Tennessee bureau of consumer affairs. As expected the dealership denied any culpability. The Takeaway from this is to read every single line of every piece of paper put in front of you when signing the sales agreement even if it takes an extra hour to comb through all of it. Buried in the paperwork may be something you were lied to about, as was this case. I would highly recommend anybody considering purchasing a vehicle from this dealership to steer clear. If anyone has had similar experiences with the dealership, I would also recommend that you file a complaint with the Tennessee Bureau of consumer affairs. If enough complaints are filed regarding this dealership hopefully the Attorney General will launch an investigation. More
The Buick Encore that I now drive was bought at this location. EVERY service and repair has been performed here. Today, I went in to get a scheduled alignment. A coupon from Express had been received location. EVERY service and repair has been performed here. Today, I went in to get a scheduled alignment. A coupon from Express had been received in the mail and only mentioned when the price was quoted $50 above the coupon price. I was told that they would meet me at $25 above. "We aren't a Buick dealer" was stated. But, I bought this car here. Nonetheless, I went and got my coupon and returned it to show that I wasn't fibbing. After all these years, it is time to move on.
