Good sales dept very poor service dept. I was promised in writing to fix several things on used Jeep that I purchased and then was told that the leaks were not bad enough to fix. When I ques I was promised in writing to fix several things on used Jeep that I purchased and then was told that the leaks were not bad enough to fix. When I questioned this with manager was told they would fix or refund the cost of the repairs. I ask that they fix them. Jeep was sent out to low cost repair shop instead of getting factory techinicians. Then found out that only half of the repairs were completed. Paper work contained errors on vin number found at license branch. Had to take time to get police to re-issue corrected paperwork. More
