I bought a new Jeep several years ago. After 13,000 miles the tires began going flat. In a few weeks all four, plus the spare, had two or more holes in them. I complained to the dealer saying the tires had to be old or defective. I was told to come to the dealership and they would see what they could do. I worked second shift and had to make a four hour round trip with no spare tire. After I got there I was told there was nothing they could do. I had to hurry and go to Walmart and buy four new tires before I was late for work. The person at Walmart that changed the tires said he had never see tires that bad. A lady I called at the dealership said, "You abused the tires." I was nearing retirement age and never got off a public road and never ran over anything such as a nail. The tires were so bad that the gravel on the road where I lived punctured them. Many cars and trucks travel that same road as I have and no one ever had tires to go flat as I did. I will never buy a vehicle from them again and I would caution anyone not to trust them. I also wanted to get life insurance on the loan and they said I couldn't. Before the year was over my wife died suddenly and I was left with nearly 20,000 in debt. More

Staff is very fair and easy to work with and treat you right. Just purchased my second truck from them and would recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. Travis was my sales rep.
