Disgraceful F.C. Kerbeck's service department is a disgrace. Clearly, customer service is not their top priority. Their sales team is barely tolerable, but you ex F.C. Kerbeck's service department is a disgrace. Clearly, customer service is not their top priority. Their sales team is barely tolerable, but you expect that from sales people. I do not expect the service department to be rude. This is at every level, front desk, mechanic and management! Years ago, I purchased two vehicles and had no issues. When I tried to purchase a third a few years after, the experience was poor and I walked away. This round, I purchased 2 vehicles at the same time and it has proven to be an error in my judgment. Their team is worse then ever! Thankfully, I have another option for service. I will NEVER return. I will NEVER recommend F.C. Kerbeck to anyone. Worse part of all, no one at F.C. Kerbeck even cares! I can post this as well as go to other outlets to vent my frustration and they will never respond. That is when you know they have too much business to care and make too much money to be concerned about little old me! More

I had been looking for a 2016 leftover GMC SIERRA SLE CREW CAB Z71 to replace my 2011 with the same equipment. I had visited about 9 dealers in both NJ and PA. Most of them either did not have what I was looking for or wanted to give me next to nothing for my trade in which only had 57,000 miles and was in great condition. I was going to quit my search but decided to check with Kerbeck. I called and was informed that they had several in stock and that they had a 20% off special price off the MSRP. I traveled from the attention area to Kerbeck. I'm glad I did. On Friday 9-2-16 I arrived at 6:30pm and by 9:30 was driving home in a beautiful crimson red GMC SIERRA CREW CAB SLE Z71 2016 leftover. The salesman Brian DeNight and the management were fair, not pushy, and offered me more for my trade than any dealer I had tried to deal with. So with the trade and 20% off I got exactly what I wanted at the right price. Glad I went to Kerbeck. I am a Vietnam Veteran, a 30 Yr. retired Police Sgt. And 10 yr. Merrill Lynch internal Security investigator. So you might say I have been around the Block, and I'm glad I stopped at the 100 block of Rt. 73 Palmyra. More
