Excellent Eperience! I was so very pleased with my buying experience at Family Ford!! I had inquired about the vehicle Online approximately one week earlier. Jennifer responded to my inquiry online and unfortunately,I was unable to keep our scheduled Visit. After returning home, still being interested in this vehicle,I sent another email and called the dealership to inform them that I would arrive Friday afternoon,May 1st. Jennifer called me to inform me that she had to deliver a vehicle from a previous sale and that if there, I should contact Berry Westberry, however Jennifer was there. I took the 2019 F-250 4x4 for a test drive..on my return,I at down with Jennifer to discuss the vehicles price.I gave Jennifer my offer and it was taken to the owner.Jennifer returned with a counter offer and I chose to purchase this truck. I had arranged my financing,but Jennifer stated that she thought they could get me a much better rate .Jennifer returned and yes Jennifer was able to get a much better finance rate.
