Family Nissan formally known as Rockaway Nissan is nothing but scammers they tie you in deats and make promise for you to buy there cars I went there is 2022 get get a vehicle they didn’t have the yea nothing but scammers they tie you in deats and make promise for you to buy there cars I went there is 2022 get get a vehicle they didn’t have the year of that vehicle I wanted so I was going to leave when a manager by the name of Sakel come over to me told me I should take the one they have and when they get new stock I should come and change it. That was not so he tie me in a trade without I know. Mind you. It’s my first time buying a car I don’t know anything about trade or stuff like that. Of all that done and I gain knowledge of what he did I when back there several times and all they doing is giving me empty promises and giving me the runaround, I make a review on line one of the reception by the name of Karina call me acting as if she is a manager promising me if I take it down they can work out something for me , I went there and give her my phone she took it down and still they have not do nothing. I even speak. To 2 other sales person. And a next manager by the name of John, And still. They try to do the same to a friend of my but my friend was a little bit smarter then I am. I wouldn’t recommend no one to this place but if you do go make sure any promises they give you is signed and in writing. Ps they even advising me to let the bank take it back then take out a next vehicle. Ps. I would not advise no one to go there. But if you have to beware of there tricks. More

I’ve been coming to Family Nissan since they reopened and what can I say the customer experience is always there, Karina always goes above and beyond to make sure that not only my needs or questions are met what can I say the customer experience is always there, Karina always goes above and beyond to make sure that not only my needs or questions are met and answered but she makes sure that everyone that walks out of there walks out with a great experience. Their whole staff it’s self know what true customer service is !
