Easiest car buying experience I had been looking for a car for a year and started visiting family Toyota in Feb. Each time I went in I meet with VU who treated me more like a perso I had been looking for a car for a year and started visiting family Toyota in Feb. Each time I went in I meet with VU who treated me more like a person and not a potential sale. He would answer any car questions I had and make recommendations but was never pushy like at other dealerships. Each time I went in he would always ask about my family before asking why I was there. When I did find a truck I liked he was not there and I meet with Tyler. I explained that I had been working with Vu and what I was looking for. Tyler, just like Vu, answered any questions I had without being abrasive or pushy. When I asked to test drive a truck he never tried to sale me on all the perks of potential of the truck like other dealerships had. He was very open and upfront with me the whole time. While we were driving instead of the usual car sales talk he engaged me like a friend and not a customer. When I decided to buy the truck I was looking at he never changed his approach and continued being open and upfront. When my wife a daughter arrived he acknowledged them and talked with them both, again like a friend. This was the only time that I felt ignored and considering what he was doing I felt fine with it cause he was very polite. During this process Vu arrived and what could have been an uneasy situation wasn't. Vu started help Tyler. While Tyler was doing paper work and taking my information Vu went and got the car serviced and washed checking in with Tyler to see if he needed any help. I have bought several cars from different dealerships over the years and this was the first time that I never felt like a number. This dealership not only tries to make you feel comfortable the do a terrific job doing this. In the week I have had my truck I got 2 calls from Tyler asking not only how I liked it but how my daughter liked it. I then got a call from the financial manger and another employee asking about how I liked the truck. I would return to the dealership again to buy without having a second thought. More

Not only was it a difficult vehicle to find due to the color and model I wanted they offered me the lowest price of all the dealerships in the area. I literally had another dealership say they have to pass because they could not offer me as low of a price as Family Toyota did. Another dealership never responded back when I sent them the offer Family Toyota offered me to see if they could offer me lower. This was my very first experience buying a new car and dealing with a dealership and I have to say I would do it again with Family Toyota and would not hesitate to send my own family to them. More
