Hi, thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We're sorry your visit didn't meet the expectations you should have for a new vehicle, especially on your first new vehicle purchase. We understand your frustration with the amount of time your service visit took, and we apologize that your oil life wasn't reset before your Jeep was returned. We also understand your concern about the pinion seal. Warranty repairs must follow the manufacturer's guidelines, and in some cases Stellantis requires evidence that a leak meets specific criteria before authorizing replacement. That said, we certainly don't want you to feel like you're being asked to wait until a small concern becomes a bigger one. We'd appreciate the opportunity to review your visit, discuss the pinion seal concern, and make sure everything was documented properly for future warranty coverage if needed.
