Needed a pre owned civic Simple car buying experience. Stated what I was interested in, the salesperson called when a vehicle matching my needs became available. One thing that did sort of put me off was there was only one key with the car. The sales person indicated that unless the vehicle is "certified" if they only get one key on trade in that is all you get. I had to purchase a second key at a "discount" but felt this was a bit cheap on the part of the dealership. They should provide two keys with a vehicle they offer for sale. More
