Pat Regan, the salesman spoke with me on the phone and by email. He was very helpful and arranged everything without me having to go to the dealership until I was ready to pickup my new car. Their price could not compare to other dealerships. When I met Pat last night it was like I had known him for a while. He explained all the features on my car and made sure I was comfortable driving it. They were extremely busy and it was past closing time , but he never made me feel rushed. All of the finance people and sales people were so friendly and helpful. I would definitely go there if I ever get another vehicle!!! More

Outstanding service by Patrick Regan I just picked up my new 2016 Honda Touring Pilot. I had gone to another dealership and we were $5.00 apart on a monthly payment. I left the dealershi I just picked up my new 2016 Honda Touring Pilot. I had gone to another dealership and we were $5.00 apart on a monthly payment. I left the dealership and went to Keenan Honda in Doylestown. I handed Patrick Regan the sheetlisting all the acessories I wanted. In less than 20 minutes he came back with a significantly lower payment than the other dealer. I remember saying, "are you kidding me!) that is a great price. So on February 11th I ordered the car. There is a significant backlog on Pilots so if you want something special (like I did) be prepared to wait. Back to Mr Patrick Regan. So this Honda is loaded and has a lot of features. Mr Regan spent well over an hour today explaining the features. He then suggested we go on a ride together to make sure I was ready. Bottom line, there was no stress, no pressure, and Mr Regan was extremely helpful. Before buying somewhere else in this area, I highly recommend stoppinf in and talking to Mr Regan. These folks (everyone!) were an absolute pleasure to deal with. I seriously cannot say enough about the customer service, the friendliness and the overall experience.
