We knew we would replace it with another Civic, but we were so far from home. The service department at Keenan diagnosed my old car's problem and the sales department gave us purchase options so we could make a decision and be on our way back to NC. The 2016 Honda Pilot EX-L with Navigation is very hard to find. I looked everywhere and found an amazing web deal through John at Keenan. Even though the car was not in production yet, they knew one was coming in (in the color and model I wanted) and I was able to order it an await its arrival. John kept me updated and was never pushy. He reached out to me when I asked him questions. He did not repeatedly call me, send emails, etc. asking me to come in like I received from numerous other dealerships and his price was the best of the bunch and he had THE CAR I wanted. Everyone else was trying to sell me something "almost like" the one I wanted.
