After speaking a few times I took a drive down from my home in Moosic, Pa which is about 100 miles to the north. Joe was very nice and got me a test drive right away. He was very busy that day, taking care of multiple customers. After I decided on taking the car, There was a mix up on the original Lease price, Joe thought I lived in Delaware but after some negotiating we came upon an agreeable price between my trade and the Civic. My only complaints were that the new car was NOT cleaned, still showing dirt and mud form the back parking lot AND when I returned home I discovered that the horn did not work. I have been in touch with Joe on this issue and I will be seeing my local dealer to resolve this issue. All in all I had a great experience with Joe. (A) More
