Throughout the process Josh kept me informed, was excellent communicating the options, trying to get me the car I wanted. I was more of a pain most likely changing colors and such, but you would never know it. Joe was our guy for sales (since Josh is now in finance) and he was GREAT. Made it very easy, was informative and honestly made the car shopping experience fun and easy (the way it should be since you're getting a new car!).... We were the last of the night, making him work late and he even called me first thing this morning to answer anything that might have occurred on the way home. Can't forget Jerry -- usually the "warranty guy" is the hard one, the one you can't get away from but he was great. That's the part I always dread (no offense Josh and Jerry but I do) when buying a car. It was easy, friendly and no pressure. It was informative and we may end up getting that extra protection after all since seeing the car! Thank you so much everyone! We're about 45 minutes away from the dealership but was so worth it. I've purchased 15 new cars in my life and this was one of the best dealership experiences I have had. I got the car for an incredible price with no haggling (they beat other dealers by $800+) and absolutely no pressure to buy a car on the spot. The salesperson that helped me (Joe Danzo) was very knowledgeable and helpful, incredibly easy to work with, and very accommodating with his time. Joe’s first message he left on my cell phone was the hours he was scheduled to work, but he also left his cell phone number and said he would make himself available anytime that was convenient for me (which I took him up on and he worked over 2 hours later that day). Even though Keenan is an hour away from where I live (and I had two other closer dealers that said they would “match any price”), I was so impressed with talking to Joe Danzo on the phone that I wanted to buy my car from Keenan….I’m so glad that I did!
