I guess you can say it’s more of the truck I bought. Expensive truck but it’s nice only down fall is I just got it Nov 18 and I’m already ordering new tires for the truck. Got the truck windshield washer was low no biggie I filled it up. Then I noticed all four tires were under pressure so I aired them all up to 36psi as recommended on the door jam. then i noticed vibrations on the highway and when braking you can hear sounds coming from the front. When I checked it out the treads are worn out on the in side so now I gotta get new four new tires which I’m waiting for Costco to get and need to get alignment and hope nothings broken. So new truck 2024 Silverado high country with 25k miles on it $1400 in new tires and I don’t even know the damage on alignment yet. But sales and finance was great pay attention to tires and other stuff when buying from here. More

Our Sales Consultant, Doug Marsico, of Faulkner Subaru Mechanicsburg, went out of his way to help us. We had two test drives of different models of the Subaru Forester and he explained all that of the SUV Mechanicsburg, went out of his way to help us. He answered a number of my follow-up TEXT message questions in a timely fashion and after hours. He finally offered us a good price (called ePrice) on the Subaru Forester Premium we selected and gave us the additional Trade-in Allowance we requested. He arranged a follow-up meeting with a member of Customer Service to answer any remaining questions we had about the Forester and called over a mechanic to go over how to change a spare tire. I would rate Doug Marsico a 10 out of 10. More

I wish I could have dealt with this dealership when I was in the market for a used subaru. I would have purchased a better vehicle and would have been treated like a customer and friend of the dealership, instead of being insulted and mistreated at the dealership where I made my purchase. Everyone was extremely wonderful - the sale was very easy and I appreciated everyone. There was only one problem - The car came from VA to PA and then I picked it up and I live in MD. VA and MD require f and I appreciated everyone. There was only one problem - The car came from VA to PA and then I picked it up and I live in MD. VA and MD require front license plates but not PA. When I called my sales person, Danielle, she was told to tell me I could purchase a plate on Amazon. Her supervisors should have instructed her to contact the local Subaru dealer near me and arrange for me to go there for them to put the plate on. Management at Faulkner needs to remember they are here for the consumer. There are punch dots where the plate goes but first we have to drill out the dots. I don't think I should be the one doing this. More

I received great service! I purchased my used car from them about six months before taking it to the service department for an oil change and tire rotation. The mechanics found a more serious issue while working on my car. They said that since it was my first service visit since purchasing my car from them, they would fix the issue at no additional cost, and they could make the repair that same day. Since I could not wait at the garage the additional hours for the repair to be made, they gave me a complimentary rental car to use until my car was ready. I was extremely impressed and grateful for the service I received. More
