I scheduled my first oil changed - slotted for an hour. When I showed up I was told it was going to be an hour and a half. Texted for status after hour 45 and again at 2 hours. Radio silence. When I contacted the Service Manager, Doug, he said he would get back with me the next day after he looked into it. After one week I am still waiting. Obviously good customer service is not high on this dealerships service department list! More

I made an appointment to have my car looked at for a rattle in the dashboard. I was told that I would have to leave the care for 24 hours.
