I took my car in for Chek engine light. They did some testing charging me $150.00 than told me I needed over $3,200.00 worth of work done on my car. I will never go back to Feldman Chevy. So sad that they treat thier customers so poorly. More

Very pushy and demanding. And want you to buy right away. I purchased a used vehicle from this dealer last month. On the closing day I showed up, the amount on the paperwork was not what was agreed upon. The price was increased by $5,000 from the internet price On the closing day I showed up, the amount on the paperwork was not what was agreed upon. The price was increased by $5,000 from the internet price that brought me in. They did make the adjustment to the internet price but I was forced to purchase their gap and warranty even though the manufacturer warranty is still good and covers bumper to bumper for the same period. I was lied to and told that the warranty was not transferrable from the prior leased person to me but after checking directly with the manufacturer I found out that this was false. I was pressured into not using my own finance bank that I was preapproved through instead of using their bank. Six hard inquiries were made into my credit report and affected my credit score immediately and it was done without my knowledge or consent. The preapprovals I brought in and consented to were not even processed or considered even though they were for the amount of the loan. One was even processed through their site and never pursued as an inquiry. The most disturbing thing was the car was not adequately cleaned before delivery. It had gum on the carpet, sat on the floor mats, and sticky handprints all over the seats and dashboard. I had to pay for a full detail after receiving it. I was told prior that they would pay off my prior car loan on closing in full but saw they rolled in most of it into my new loan. The final most disturbing thing is I have contacted this salesman numerous times because the car was not even serviced prior to him giving it to me. No oil change, nothing, and on starting the car up it stated that it was 3,000 plus miles past the service date. The sales guy Francis assured me he would schedule it and never contacted me back. Also, He told me he would have a crack in the plastic in the back hatch repaired but the guy who fixes it is out and only does it on Tuesdays and Thursdays and has not yet scheduled this repair. So Stay away from Francis as he is not honest and the Feldman dealership is not upfront about the cost will pressure you into add on warranties and fees and will not follow through with their promises and deliver an inferior vehicle that has not been serviced with the basic expected services and not clean. More
