I went in to do a trade- in on my old vehicle for a new one October 16,2021. One of the vehicles I requested had just came to the lot so I was able to do a sign and drive. Still as of October 30, 2021 no t one October 16,2021. One of the vehicles I requested had just came to the lot so I was able to do a sign and drive. Still as of October 30, 2021 no title still and they don't have the title to my truck but can't find it. I had a personal plate on the front they allowed for my vehicle to be moved and didn't remove the plate. It was the insensitive matter about asking me for the price of the plate it was customized and doesn't have a money value. Update!!!! Process complete after things were explained as to what was going on and why the process was taking so long I had an understanding that put my mind to rest it was too late to fix the plate problem but they were very sorry about the matter and made sure I was compensated for my lost even though I would love to have my plate. I can say that I left Feldman Chevrolet Novi feeling much better about my purchase. More
