Made in appointment on 12/30/25 @7:30 for airbag recall, oil change and tire rotation on my van. Hunter was the service advisor who checked me in. I am a teacher so told him I need it by Friday or the latest Saturday , because I go back to work on Monday 1/5. Hunter says No Problem we can have it to you then. Friday I called at 9:30 in morning to find out status of my work on my van. I was on hold for 10 minutes before they come back to phone to tell me Hunter wasn’t there yet and would be in shortly and would call me. Two hours later no phone call from Hunter. I call back and he tells me they did not do recall yet it will be Monday or later before it gets looked at. When I asked why was I not called and told this he lies to me and says he called this morning and left a voicemail. No voicemail from the dealership number and no voicemail today period. I pick it up because I need vehicle to get to work and I was not offered a rental from them. When I get there he preceded to lie more to say he called me Wednesday to tell me wasn’t going to be ready . Then tried to show me call logs. That he probably entered himself to make it look like he called me. I don’t appreciate lies and being given run around. He then tried to say it wasn’t his fault. Yes it is because you didn’t keep customer updated, told lies to customer, plus you didn’t communicate with the mechanic in first place to see if it was going to be done by Friday. Why the xxxx did I make an appointment then if you weren’t going to get to even look at it till Monday or later of week later. Be honest and tell me , I wouldn’t have dropped if off until you were ready. Won’t be buying a forth vehicle from them due to Hunters lies, lack of communication, and poor customer service. More

During the middle of it I was due for a new lease and I was paired with a different sales person since mine had relocated out of state. Off the bat and prior to knowing how much I was willing to put down, as well as not knowing one single thing about me, she told me my desired monthly payment was unrealistic. I quickly realized that's someone I can't work with. I drove 45 mins south to Dundee and ended up with someone far worse. When a salesman from the same company asks you "how did you have such a low payment on your last vehicle" along with "maybe make some lifestyle changes so you can better afford a higher payment'', you know you're in a bad situation. Ultimately it was the worst decision I could've made. I was trapped at that point.. Luckily I was recently referred to Casey DETTLOFF when my lease was up. I said this in another review. It was like having a family member or friend work out a lease for you. He wasn't going to let me get into a situation I didn't want. As long as he's in business, I'll be going to him and I highly recommend him. Very pleasant guy. Family man. Great energy. More

Watch what papers you sign, and make sure they are correct. I’m 75 yrs old and have with congestive heart failure. My son came to me and said he could get a car in his name if I would co- sign. Than on June 1st he came home and said i got the car if I would sign. As we were sign these I asked the sales person if I was just the co- signer and he said yes , all I seen was a black screen that he would say sign and initial. They gave my son the keys and printed out the paperwork. I never was. A co- signer so I didn’t think nothing of it. 3 months later a get a call from the bank asking for car payments for 3 months. I ask them why they were calling me and they stated I was the buyer of the car. I told them no I wasn’t and at that time I had no paperwork they sent me some paperwork and this dealership lied to me. I went down to the dealership asked them for a copy of my contract, and they had a Florida license, which at that time I didn’t have a Florida license. I asked him where was the other paperwork, I never gave than any information on my income which I live on social security, in fact I don’t even drive. The salesmen had the nerve to ask me what do you expect them to do. I’ve called and ask for the main manager but I was told he only comes in once in awhile. We came home with the car and I went out for awhile I came back home car gone clothes and had stolen my computer. not only that i found out he is on drugs never knew that, now i have to worry about he gets high and kills someone i will never forgive myself. in my opinion, this was Fraud, Never went down there , never gave them any paperwork. and to put me as the buyer i don't make enough money a month to make a car payment loan enough insurance. when I talk to the bank, they said car dealers don't care who gets in the paperwork as long as I can sell the car. this a not how you run a business, i hope i live long enough to get this straightened out. I had stopped at a drive through place, and pulled over to eat my burger. When I tried to put my seat back, the electronics of that seat went crazy. The entire seat went all the way back, and the seat back went all the way flat. I looked under the seat, but, of course did not know how to fix whatever was wrong. By coincidence I was about a mile away from Feldman, my dealer, and drove there immediately. the service people took a quick look, said it looked like something had come unplugged, and got it back working. I was very happy and complimented them on their quick responsiveness and expertise... Until about 3 weeks later, when it happened again. I had had a doctor's appointment at a hospital downtown and after the valet had moved my seat to fit him, I tried to reposition for me again. Same crazy seat movement. I pulled into a parking lot, and tried to look for the little "plug" that may have come loose again, but there was no little plug that I could just replug, just a bunch of wiring. I must have moved the wiring around in such a way, that whatever short was happening was reconnected and I was able to drive the 25 miles home OK. I needed an oil change and a tire check a couple weeks later, and wanted them to check out and fix the seat problem. No problem on the oil and the tire, but the seat required an appointment, and the closest one I could get was in November (3 months away). After expressing my outrage at the delay, I made the appointment, which I finally went to November 4. OK, I had to leave the car, but they didn't know when they would get to it. Well, I argued, what's the use of an appointment then? They had no idea where I was in the queue, but they would look at it in 24-48 hours. When 24 hours was up I called to see if they knew when it would be seen, and was finally told I was 10 cars out. BUT, even though it looked like several days away, I couldn't have my car, because it had to be on their lot (just sitting there) while I had to get rides from people. I said, they could call me the day before it was to be seen and I could bring it back. NOPE, had to be on their lot. Why? I asked, "that's the way it's done." So, I'm picking up my car tomorrow and looking for a new dealer. I've been driving Chrysler minivans for 35 years, from 1989 until now, and was planning on a new one next year. Well, with their dismal "service" it won't be at Feldman. Don't like to play the "old lady" card, but having an almost 80 year old in an empty parking lot downtown trying to figure out where that little plug was, and just by chance finding some magical connection, doesn't look good. I'm always afraid to change my seat position when driving and can't let anyone else drive my car just in case. It's a hit or miss proposition when I try to change position. Sometimes I feel it starting to go whacky, and sometimes it works fine. I have to explain to valet about not moving my seat every time I go to my appointments (every 2-4 weeks) and hope they see the big note I have to leave, just in case. More
